Repair Shipping: The user is responsible for the cost of shipping the unit to our service facility for repair.
Return Shipping: InductX will cover the return shipping costs back to you at no additional charge once the repair is complete.
Warranties are non-transferable and do not reset if a claim is made.
Coverage Exclusion: Damage from operating without a load ("dry-firing") is not covered under the warranty, though it remains repairable for a service fee.
Opening our device will immediately void your warranty.
